2. but a fun, high tech retail business has moved in

building solution which is rather striking (not bland)

> another element of the exterior should provoke a response;
communicating an appropriate message about the product
and the experience they are likely to have here

> create a clear, high impact, and unique impression

> create a building façade which is complex and interesting

> as stated, the exterior impression should not read as much as
a "store" as a "warehouse"

> the design of the exterior should be exploited as a powerful
marketing tool
